MEMBER REQUIREMENTS

You must be 18 years of age to subscribe to ESSENTIALITIES® / Essentiialities. We offer packages for individual(s), male, female, family, group, and children. However, children should always be accompanied by an adult when using our service. From time to time, Essentialities® may call to confirm, verify an order, ensure the validity before credit card charge is processed. 

Monthly service package will charge credit card one time when package is shipped.

MEMBERSHIP / REGISTRATION and SECURITY

 

To purchase our Prepackaged Travel and Home Solutions™ or shop our online store, available on Essentiialities® site, it is not required to create a membership account to place each order, however, to keep up with purchase history and details of your orders, you must create a membership account with us and provide the required information. By entering any information on the Site, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) you are using your actual identity; (iii) you have provided only true, accurate, current and complete information; and (iv) you will maintain and promptly update the information you provide, keeping it true, accurate, current and complete. ORDERS

Essentialities® does not endorse the products available in our Prepackaged Kits. We provide a variety of consumer demanded products, tools, and supplies along with our Cater to Convenience, and Delivery service of complete products in each Kit. Prices and availability of services or products listed on our online store are subject to change without any notice.  The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged for the purchase, or your order is cancelled, we will issue credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

PAYMENT

You are responsible for any payments due for any products or services ordered through your account.  No orders will be processed, or shall products be mailed out, without form of payment. 

We accept most major credit cards in the form of payments. We DO NOT accept checks.

 

SALES TAX

We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that charge such a tax and in which we operate. Currently, we sell in all fifty states.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

SHIPPING

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders shipped will require physical address. We comply with FAA regulations; therefore, we DO NOT ship products containing alcohol through US Postal service. Before submitting order, please ensure the correct spelling of your information to prevent shipping delays.

 

RETURNS

Essentialities® provides a service and not individual sale of the products available in our Prepackaged Kits. We can only guarantee your satisfaction of service with Essentialities®. Should you receive a product that does not suite you, for reasons of allergies or skin sensitivity, you may return any of the products, with receipt, for an exchange of the type of product, used for. Because we offer a service providing a diverse array of products, we do not offer full refunds.  If you receive a damaged package, we will promptly send you a replacement and/or issue you a full refund, after receipt of the undisturbed defective package. Refund will not be issued if any of the items are missing.  You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged packages.

 

OWNERSHIP of MATERIALS on the SITE

(ii) the geographical perception, as to what products will best meet the needs for the environment

(iii) durations of your stay, as well as an understanding of your travel partners, whether self or group.

This information is important for us to ensure you are equipped with the necessary essentials to keep you moving. on your journey.

(i) You understand, TSA packages are travel sized products of 3 ounces or less. Should you find that your destination duration conflicts with the size products needed, for the length of time of your getaway or journey, we ask you have your package mailed or delivered to your predestined location for a much more convenient solution.

(ii) You understand, the products we provide are to be used, based upon the instructions on the package and not otherwise abused. Should you question the ingredients are the contents, (for your safety) DO NOT

 

PERSONAL CARE and USAGE

You understand, should you have any issues with the products provided, you are to take up with the manufacturers of the product. Essentialities® will not be liable for any products misused or abused. Should the products we offer cause a problem to your being, you are to direct your concerns with the manufacturer of product in question.

(iii) You understand, all products, should be kept out of reach from children and pets.

(iv) You understand, any medicinal items, should not be abused and shall not replace any need for medical treatment.
